What does the first day back look like these days? I imagine a lot of tests and sports science and photo opportunities. Maybe a bit of light training and familiarisation. We used to go on a long run while the coaches sussed out who had over indulged during the summer break. That was about as scientific as it got. |  | | |

Back at PR on Momday I believe, friendly next Saturday and then off to Loughborough.
It is very early in the transfer window, and most of the business done to date is with out of contract players. Lots of players and clubs will be weighing up their options.
I would not be surprised if we start our season (30 July) with the current squad. That is still a month before the window closes on 1 September.

i’m thinking a left winger /back ,Goal scoring attacker as we don’t really have one Lapado will chip in with some goals i’m sure but we’re needing at least 20 plus striker,
I thought Mckenna wanted the newbies all in by loughborough training camp let’s hope a busy next week.

I've just been looking at Premier League squads and there's a few there which look short in terms of numbers. Until they sort themselves out, the transfer trickle down will have to wait, as much as I'd like the squad sorted prior to opening day. | |

I am not sure that KM said he wanted all deals to be done by Loughborough, the club did say (as always) that it wants to do its business as early as possible.

We signed our new main CF three weeks ago. We definitely do not need another CM. We have plenty of options there. I think a 10 and a left back would do us now unless there are some lurking injuries up front. |  |

I disagree that Lapado is going to get the goals we need for promotion so we will disagree with that but i’m thinking definitely another centre forward needed Piggott,Jackson just won’t cut it for me it’s the most stand out position needed the reason we struggled to get top six is that reason not enough goals end of. | | | |

Yeah if we’re going into the season with a strike force of Ladapo, Jackson and Pigott then I would be somewhat concerned. It would also only take an injury to Ladapo and we would be absolutely shafted, have to feel another will be coming. | | | |
