I thought his off the pitch antics let him down and whether fans were right to give him grief or not, he would've been wiser to back off and let it go.
However, on the pitch, I never doubted his effort for us and actually think he has been our best finisher up front of the last few years. I don't intend any special welcome for him either way though. | |

Best thing fans can do is neither celebrate him nor boo him, just be completely nonplussed by him and treat him like any other of Barnsley's players. He's probably pumping himself up some big return, he'll be hugging his way around our squad and thinking its about him. Would deflate his ego somewhat if he realises nobody is bothered by him. He's barely a footnote in the context of this club.
