Got asked for a work thing what I like doing at the weekend, made me realise it was all quite generic. Spend time with family, cook a nice meal, golf, go out and do something, football, go to town for lunch / coffee, see friends etc.
Read a few others, one bloke has racing pigeons ffs and another one I read said go to antiques fairs. Can't say either of those appeal but maybe I need a new hobby.

Golf, fishing, coaching my son’s footy team, and “archiving” family photos. Archiving is stretching it a bit, it’s actually making photo books - family yearbooks, kids sports seasons, holidays - got quite the library now. Next project is kind of This is Your Life photo book of memories for my father in law who’ll be turning 80 next year. |  |

After the problems of the pandemic I've basically retired from competing but still train in whatever I can at the gym so mostly any form of BJJ/wrestling and the odd session of kickboxing.
Built a guitar earlier this year and want to spend time learning more guitar tech/luthier skills but management is keen on me taking over the dining room with woodwork and soldering again. I've just filled the house with music equipment for playing and recording so I'm in the doghouse.
Don't have time for much outside of work, kids and the stuff you mention so unless cooking counts or I can get back into weights not much else you'd consider a hobby.
Blokes at work are all golfers of varying levels and I can't think of anything less appealing. |  |

Hiking and wildlife photography combined. I used to focus on getting to mountain lakes but more recently it's been Republican Civil War defensive positions in the Catalan Pyrenees. Never knew the mountains here were home to so many trenches and bunkers.

Replying to your post, as we share a hobby (wildlife photography); mainly water birds, but in the course of my photography occasionally ended up in the position where I'd spot a bird that needed help, so would end up rescuing it. Got to the point now where it's about 95% rescuing / 5% photography, as I get call-outs when other people see birds in trouble, not just the ones I spot...
In the fortunate position of my work (buy / sell music & film merchandise) being tied together with a couple of my hobbies (film buff / record collector), so always an excuse to watch a film or visit a record fair, as I can call it research or "buying stock" 
Would have called cycling a hobby up until recently, but never have time to leave the house, go for a ride, and come home these days; irony is I'm probably clocking up 4 times as many miles on the bike now either for work, or travelling to / from rescues. |  |

Ipswich Bankrupting themselves and selling out to tax-avoiding tout gave me more time for other interests as I never bought a season ticket again and used the money on other interests - these included Cambridge Utd for a few years, trout fishing , bird watching, hiking, cycling, dabbling with antiques, and house renovations. I even tried golf. I’m sure the answer depends on your age and location - once kids arrive your hobbies are their hobbies | |

I run 2-3 times a week - although haven't been for the last couple of months due to an injury and the heat, but will pick it up again now.
Other than that, it's standing at the side of netball courts or driving to and from netball courts with my daughters.
I was a marshal for stock car racing until earlier this year as well, but time became so squeezed with other stuff going on that something had to give and that was it - still go an watch the big meetings and when time allows. |  |

I've got a heron that I started feeding in a London park when the lake froze over last winter (was still a youngster at the time); grown up now, and plenty of fish in the lake, but still flies over to me to ponce a sardine or two! Got some lovely photos of him, and don't even need to use the big lens on the camera
