Quite possibly. The best striker ever to come over to English football isn't he?

Definitely has the potential to be the best. I'd normally argue that you've been a bit premature, but he's an absolute out and out goalscorer.

I know one or two people are joking in this thread but, honestly, he isn’t a patch on Stern John.

Typical of our fans to show a bias towards Town players and totally overlook Ricky van Wolfswinkel.

Just look at how his career went… one famous moment and there was no looking back…

POTD at 7:07am.

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

Foot was way to high for his goal last night. Dangerous play going in with foot raised like that.

At this stage of his career, probably. His goalscoring record is disgusting, but he's only played a handful of PL games as yet, so he's got a long way to go before he's spoken about in the same breath as Henry & Aguero.

He'll do very well to catch Shearer's Prem goalscoring record, but I wouldn't put it past him if he can stay injury free.

Was talking to my son about Thierry Henry the other night.

He was disgustingly good and often made his own goals which were all world class (but still had the benefit of ace player around him).

What a player.

Too many definitions of striker for me.

Better than Henry? Bergkamp?

As an out and out goalscorer he may gone on to be one of the best, but as an overall striker i'm not convinced. Yet.

He won't be here in 3 years time, as his agent will want the next payday.

It's got PSG/Madrid written all over it. Especially if rumour is true that he has a relatively low buy-out clause in there.

We often talk about Shearer, in his early days, he was fast, strong, technically good and as he got older he adapted to be better in and around the box, lot to be said for that.

Tough as old boots too!
