we need some composure in those number 10 positions. We need someone like that who can look after the ball.

We will definitely be in the market for a No10 and perhaps a couple of them If Harness is long term. A no9 also and I’m going for a right sided player too if they can get someone better than we have.

My number one target would be J. Clarke Harris from Pboro and yes it has been muted on here before and i have no idea if its possible or likely .

Anyone who wouldn't be pleased to see him back doesn't actually like football, I'm convinced.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

Might happen. Celina not been prolific on loan and Kasimpasa are only 2 points from the relegation spots (not won in their last 5 league games).

Unless his old work permit is still valid I don't think it's possible. He wouldn't have the points to get a new one

With Aluko and Harness injured I think we do need someone else.

Celina and Whittaker would be brilliant.

Aluko should be back by the time the window opens.

On the basis of that argument, why don't we go for Gio? He was great for us...

I was going to ask that, given he has moved to another club does that mean his old work permit is now invalid?

The criteria here suggest that under the GBE system it is for a set period of time or the duration of the players contract (whichever is shorter). I guess it's possible he had an older work permit under the previous rules that might still be valid but it seems unlikely that once he is totally out of contract with us that that would apply.

Or do you perhaps mean as cover for him & JD?

In most matches to date it’s not the creating chances that’s been the problem but rather the actual art of putting the ball in the net.

If he exists in our price range we need someone intelligent who can make space in the penalty area and stick the ball in the net.

Saying that I’ll still be very happy if Celina was to return.

This is painful. Wanting something that isn't going to happen.

He's not really what we need in fairness. We have lots of players who can play the role he does. Hes gone, leave it.

Watch this space. You think Wes has been that good? Suspect we will look to strengthen in this area at some point in the next two windows. Not been overtly impressed by him after being a one man show last season.
