We lost to a couple of moments of quality from two world class players, after finishing the first half unlucky to not be 1-0 up.
The manner of Spurs lead will give Leicester fans huge cause for concern- one of the most one sided 1-0 leads I’ve seen in a long while. Spurs look two leagues above the ‘Champions of England’. In midfield they’ve looked terrible. Phillips > Winks, Cajuste > Ndidi, and Vardy scored only 4 times in his last PL campaign when he was 2 years younger.
I’d certainly be disappointed if we didn’t take 4-6 point off the Foxes this season. [Post edited 19 Aug 2024 21:16]

Yep, Spurs are no Liverpool. Particularly up front where they offered little. Interesting how when LC got at Spurs they unravelled. Definitely a ‘second level’ club.
