It's a no from me, he isn't a bad player but if he doesn't start well it won't take long for fans to jump on his back and strikers are notoriously confidence based players. If he didn't start well then he won't have been cheap and not only would our fans jump on his back but that lot would have a good laugh and the football world would look at the fact he crossed the divide and failed which could be detrimental to his career. Personally I like a striker who scores goals and can be an important part of a side. I don't care who he plays for currently but the level is a competitive one so I don't feel he should be discounted. | |

We're aiming a lot higher targeting the likes of Broja.
Sargent's Premier League record is average. Championship record is decent but can't see anything to suggest he would be a striker target. [Post edited 25 Aug 2024 21:57]
