He’s just being diplomatic, we spent the whole summer chasing another striker and nothing has changed since. I’ll be amazed if those three are our options come the end of January. They may be, and I think we need to be prepared for that as it’s not an easy window to do business in, but if they are I reckon it’ll be seen as a failure and potential sliding doors moment similar to when we didn’t strengthen in the January of Mick’s play off season. |  |
