If you thought today was bad, it was nothing compared to Thursday onwards, with the added excitement of the west bound entry slip road at Nacton being shut, so you’ll have to go down the A14 to Seven Hills and come back, or follow the official diversion from Sainsbury’s past Miller & Carter and past the crematorium to come at Seven Hills that way. | |

Is it still possible to walk over the bridge? Many moons ago I did just that and got lucky there was a big old freighter from Canada going under the bridge carrying timber and I got a cracking picture of it. |  |
