I’m trying to order Blackburn tickets for myself, my 3 kids, my mate plus his partner. All of us have season tickets/ customer numbers and are listed as family/friends except his partner who does not have a season ticket or customer numbers.

Could the fact that she has no customer number be the reason that I cannot proceed to checkout?
