Yes, there has been arguably a massive error of judgment and is having repercussions, however can we all do what we do best and support the team. I’m sure there is an inquest and high profile meetings taking place to investigate what happened.
The last thing as supporters we need to get involved in is the negativity. We could literally be sabotaging our own chances of a successful end to the season.

Given the club's previous conduct with PR blunders, and their conduct to date on this one, I won't believe that serious action is being taken until the club explicitly says so.
When a sizeable corner of the football community is referring to the club as Nazi FC, and creating memes of KMc alongside Nazi slogans or Ed Sheeran dressed in Nazi symbols, it's incumbent upon the fan-base to hold the club's feet to the fire for as long as it takes to force them into taking appropriate action.
What the club would love right now is for everyone to let it drop, 'as supporting the team to promotion is by far the most important goal'.

By the sounds of it the players are miffed too and we can’t do anything to change that over the next 10 days or so. I’m sure everyone will be back behind the team at the next match. Pretty sure anyway, although it’ll be interesting to see if there’s any fall out at the game. Hopefully not, as being divided plays into Farage’s hands. The team didn’t need this but hopefully they’ll just focus on what needs to be done.

People keep saying things like "Massive error of judgment", "huge mistake", "poor decision", etc... but the club are burying their heads into the sand. Their taken no ownership or responsibility for the debacle.
If they want people to move on, then take ownership and say 'we messed up', 'it shouldn't have been allowed to happen'. I don't expect them to denounce Farage as the fascist, traitor, PoS he is (although I'd love if they did).I do expect an apology for the implicit endorsement and letting him film a party political broadcast in our ground. |  | | |

I'm not sure they've even reported yesterday's rebuttals to the 'no official involvement' claim.
Plenty of outlets have reported on the email correspondence, and Führage explicitly stating he was invited (including their sister papers north of the border), yet they seem reticent to report a statement straight from the horse's mouth.

Appreciate the sentiment but the fans aren't culpable for anything here. If there's negativity around the club that is solely on the club. I'd never turn up to PR and take out my anger at the club on the players but there's a good chance I might not turn up to PR at all for the foreseeable if the club don't take further steps to make amends fairly rapidly. |  |

I get what you are saying re. supporting the team, but the insinuation that we are collectively stoking the flames or making a meal out of this is simply wrong. The club have stoked the flames in their initial response and the latter statement, and now the fobbing off those questioning what's happened has poured a tank of petrol over the whole thing. |  |

There has been a few posts about "stoking the flames" or that we should be quiet and people won't hear about it.
Second Tier just covered it in their podcast which must have a couple of hundred thousand listeners and were scathing. They were especially annoyed about the statement from the club.
