The questions being asked?

When did Mr Cummings first display symptoms?
On what date did he travel to Durham?
Did he stop on the journey? If so, did he comply with the 2m rule at all times?
When was the Prime Minister made aware that he had made this journey?
Did Mr Cummings remain in self-isolation for the duration of his time in Durham?
Did he only make one trip, or multiple?

Unfortunately I know the answers will be:
1. After he got to Durham
2. As per the press
3. No, he did not stop (which is highly unlikely)
4. Not until after the event as he was ill
5. Yes
6. One

Whether that's true or not.

A handy reminder for those who weren't paying attention that the Conservative party is largely made up of vermin.

I'll save some posters the time and reply for them:

'But Labour..'

Pronouns: He/Him/His. "Imagine being a heterosexual white male in Britain at this moment. How bad is that. Everything you say is racist, everything you say is homophobic. The Woke community have really f****d this country."

In fairness, but Corbyn was a half-decent reply. The difference we're now seeing with Starmer is a breath of fresh air. That's from the point of view of a non-Labour person who just wants to see a competent opposition; I realise that may not go down with Corbyn fans. He was sh*t though.

But anyway, back to the point. Lower than vermin. My contempt knows no bounds for this version of the Tories.

The final years of Major's ministry were taken over by sleaze and the odd member being corrupted but they were mainly seized by incompetence rather than vileness.

The current lot are very different.

They are very different indeed. When was Mellor and his shagging a prossie in his Chelsea top? Was that during Major's time?

There's sleaze from dirty old men and then there's this sinister autocracy by the back door.

Starmer has been handed a pandemic on a plate though.

Although if the pandemic had never happened I think that by now all the pre General Election lies and the obvious incompetence of Boris and his merry men (and women) would have been getting exposed and torn apart by Mr Starmer.

That's him.

Major was in charge of a sinking ship but I think his heart was in the right place even if he couldn't maintain control of an increasingly divided party.

They're going to run out of sacrificial lambs. Hancock's nearly done, he can't have more than 2 or 3 lie-filled appearances left in him. The clash between what he's being asked to justify and reality looks to be taking its toll.

Speaking as someone who's natural(and professional) instincts are Labour but has worked under too many managers LIKE Jezza, I can also quite happily say 'yep, he was sh1t'.

Starmer is very good at PMQ’s but there again he should be it was his day job to ask questions after all. As to whether that makes Labour a competent opposition is another matter one man does not a govt make!

I think Starmer would certainly improve the government that we have at the moment,he should be able to have his pick of all positions.

Steve Baker (Brexit loon and former chairman of the ERG) now saying DC must go.

He won’t ride this out. Incredibly naive response yesterday, huge damage to the reputations of all those who tweeted support and difficult to see how they can continue to lead the response to the pandemic.

Boris will be sweating buckets right now.

Baker turning is key; he’d naturally be one of Cummings’ supporters so the fact he has called for his resignation will probably mean the rest of the ERG will follow suit. I think Number Ten needed to keep them onside if they wanted Cummings to remain in place.

I do think it’s great that those who compared Johnson and Corbyn in December and who decided to go with the Tories, especially in previous Labour areas, have been given this very early reminder so soon into the Parliament of just what a bunch of s–s the Conservatives are. Corbyn was painted as a threat to the country, but at least he would have been starting from a position that a health service needed appropriate PPE and adequate testing facilities, he wouldn’t have had to U-Turn into making sure that all immigrant NHS staff from consultant surgeon to hospital porter would not get hit with having to pay surcharges to use the NHS and he wouldn’t have introduced the furlough option with talk about having to “wean people off it” like they’re addicted to internet porn rather than having to ensure they have enough income to cover their bills and food.

There will be plenty more f-ups by the Government as this rolls along. Let us hope that the Forensic One is able to uncover it and hammer it home. He may get a fair enough hearing to do so without being labelled as an Enemy of the People in this crisis.

The thing is that a bit of sleaze and some extra - marital sex is nothing compared to ignoring government advice at a time of national crisis especially when you've sat in on the meetings setting out the guidelines of that advice. Of course, that's not to forget that his actions could well have spread the virus to his elderly parents and all he came in contact with.

Quite frankly, for a leadership that wants to channel the spirit of Thatcher, she would have nothing to do with this shyster rabble.
