Need a good 10 senior players off the books and then a few youngsters out on loan.

If you include the Mickey Mouse Cup, 43 players have been in the matchday 18 this season*. Harrop, Parrot and Mattheson will presumably take that up to 46 soon.

It's a myth that Evans doesn't invest in the team or the club. It's just that whenever he does, the money is invariably misdirected at best, outright squandered at worst - hence we have the situation, for example, where the 4 worst managers in our history(Lambert, Keane, Hurst, Jewell) were given big budgets relative to the times they were managing in compared to what happened when we actually had a competent one(Mick) in charge.
