It’s unfathomable how much the rhetoric has changed in the last two-years. At every opportunity the club is talked down, expectations lowered and divisions increase. For a man whose staff were “going to give it everything they’ve got”, all I see is blame and finger pointing: too many games; too many injuries; the infrastructure is wrong; players let themselves down; the media create negativity; it’s immoral to play; we’ve no right...
The list is endless and the accountability absent. All the while PL puts himself in the National limelight while abusing his local media obligations. A line was crossed when Phil was banned but it’s been upheld from within the club, a clear sign that PL has a degree of impunity. |  |

It a joke, the way the club is making out like that was always the target.
It was top 2.
Our GK coach said if we dont finish top 4 we should pack up and go home.
We are nowhere near either yet somehow the club and Lambo are trying to spin it that we're within reach of something that was not even considered a target in the 1st place because if that was our ambition we really are in the $###.
So now basically we're told he not getting sacked because we're still in with a chance of achieving something that frankly should have been given even though it's well short of initial expectation and increasingly unlikely in any event. [Post edited 21 Feb 2021 16:30]
