That would be funny. To replace Bruce with Shearer. It would be akin to us replacing MM with Hurst wouldn't it (aside from Shearer's club connections which would mean they would take longer to sack him).
As for them getting relegated, the only issue with that is there would be one fewer slot for us to aim at for promotion next season (assuming we are up). |  |
