Reminds me of volunteer in Nigeria (VSO) who worked in the bush. Turned up and took over from a previous volunteer and inherited their dog, which was basically beyond hope healthwise.
He opted to do the humane act and had it put out of it's pain. He was thereafter known as "The dog murderer" by the locals. | |

The overly chatty and chirpy lady at the local grocery store immediately irritated me with her non stop chatter and commentary on what I was buying.
She still works here, still chatty chatty. Forcing me to use the self checkout more and more. Which in turn adds to my annoyance.

Football: Too many to mention, a lot have ended up proving me right tbf. Callum Elder is an exception, he continues to defy my first 30 minute appraisal.
Real life: Arranged a stag do for one of my best friends who I was best man for. One lad only needed to send 2 messages in the whatsapp group and I could tell he was a massive bell end. Couldn't have been more right, he was like a cross between a younger Ian Beale and Richard Madeley. |  |

Ulrich Le Pen. He trotted on the field and my dad said he wouldn’t last 5 minutes. I nodded in agreement at the t8me but was wrong. He lasted a few minutes longer than 5.
Sam Parkin was another. 20 minutes of him shouted to me he was out of his depth, and so it proved.
