Basically I (and hopefully others) tune out whenever he is talking and tune back in to here what the excellent Whitty has to say.
He's so many levels above his pay grade it's painful to watch and as you say, it's counter-productive as well.

Thought it was a positive message. No further lockdown or rules just maintain stage 2 as we are and see how it goes. Definately means football live proceeds subject to players not getting covid. The worrying stat was that 90% in hospital haven’t had their booster and 60% haven’t been jabbed. He is rightly wanting to promote boosters to help the NHS.
