At AWE, I believe they usually get every other friday off. The "compressed" I think it refers to the fact that rather than 74 hours in a 2 week spell being over 10 days, they do it in 9. |  | | |

Yep, that’s what it means. It’s a support role as part of a team - and a rather interesting one at that. It asks a lot in terms of experience and what they want of the applicant for the £ on offer (EO or HEO grade, I presume) which I presume is why it’s advertised externally now. |  | | |
