Walton or Woolfenden for me.

Poll: If KM goes now, will you applaud him when he returns with his new club?

Evans. Has come back a different player since his injury.

Both played really well. Would be strange in a match we dominated and were never defending desperately. I thought their keeper played really well. Chaplin MOTM for me.

Team of giants out there:

Walton - key saves
Woolf - class
Donacien - solid as a rock
Evans - kept us ticking over
Morsy - Morsy
Chaplin & Harness - tore them another one in the first half

Burns was the only one a little bit quiet for me.

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

At one point Burns had 4 Brizzle players marking him.

He was the heart beat for sure. Quality player and will easily step up if we do go up. He looks now like the Championship player he's been for a lot of his career.

He was very good in the first half.

Chaplin had another excellent game.

And the Bristol Rovers goalkeeper, Belshaw, deserves a mention, too.

Evans, Morsy, Chaplin. Take your pick.

I think we look like a team that really knows their roles, especially when the 6 of Burns, Davis, Morsy, Evans, Chaplin, Harness start, we dominate that middle 3rd and wide areas. We have pace and power off the bench now, but technically that starting 6 are mouth watering.

The depth beyond that is very strong though, Leigh looks great value on a free, as does Ball. To think Keogh, Edmundson, KVY, Aluko and Camara weren't even involved tonight.

I'm with Evans, first half ran the show, then scores in the second,

First half we weren't far off our best. Could/should have been 4/5 up.

Their keeper made some really good saves. It isn't as if we were wasteful. Created some really good chances and they were desperately keeping us out at times. In many respects, I think they did well to still be in the game for so long.

Once again, we continued and saw the game out. Not too long ago, after a first half like that we would have allowed them to change the game and contrived to draw or even lose it.

Yeah, probably me being greedy and wanting the full 90 to be like some of those first half passages of play.. We deserved to be 2 or 3 up by the time they hit the post.. 2nd half just seemed a bit bitty to me. Perhaps down to them, still feeling like they were in the game at
1-0 and trying a bit harder until the first sending off...

Their keeper by a mile!

Prevented it being 4 or 5

And he would have saved our second if it hadn't taken a deflection that swerved it past him. Evans struck the ball well though.

To say we dominated and were all over them for large spells, not sure how you can give it to our keeper or defence. Does the rest of our team a massive disservice.

Evans for me, but Lapado and Chaplin did very well too.
