Has anyone else noticed that an awful lot of car drivers seem to have lost all perception of spacial awareness now?
I can't go into a supermarket any more without meeting a car having come onto my side of the road after they go around a corner.

I very much agree with you but, playing Devil's advocate, drivers who hardly position themselves by the centre line might be doing so out of fear of those reprobates who cut the corner when coming in the other direction. | |

One back at 4x4 haters - a couple of months ago I was waiting, first in line, at red lights, when an ambulance with blues n twos going came right up behind me - being in a 4WD, was able to let it through by mounting the kerb & going up onto the grassy bank on my left.
Illy - sorry to say that the worst drivers are Americans around USA bases in the UK - some of them either have seriously defective sight, or don’t even bother looking to see if anyone’s coming before pulling out.
Over the white line - don’t get me started - large van on narrow country lane yesterday about a foot over when cutting a bend resulted in me pruning someone’s hedge for them on my near side - good job it wasn’t a stone wall. |  |
