Bowen will quite rightly get a top end club, Nunez is expensive and a bit crap.

Not a chance. Is being linked with Liverpool and other established Prem clubs would be in for him. If Hammers go down someone like Soucek might be more realistic. We will need a sprinkling of players with Prem experience and know-how and he would fit the bill. |  |

Yes, there's nothing wrong with ambition and thinking big even if they don't always/usually come off. I'd rather think big and fail than think small and win. Simple equation, PL survival = PL quality players, whether from the PL or elsewhere, in all positions. Anything less will be punished ruthlessly. As if we don't already know. West Ham were struggling, and sadly Town didn’t turn up, despite having given a good account of themselves in the previous games in that season.
West Ham were off it. But Bowen wasn’t. He was a class above us. Big reason they won.
As stated I think he’ll behind us in terms of cost, and where he’d play, he could go to a big club. But we need to go abroad and find someone his level, and more. |  |
