I doubt very much as the bigots who deny that climate change is happening never minf=d who is responsible will stick to the bigoted views whatever is done as a protest
And the irony with the 'damage to the grass in Bristol was it was theat very change (rainfall) that worsened the damage of having thousands of people walking on it.
I would question the motives of those who seem so fixated with these two actions when set aside the huge damage to our planet that climate change is bringing about.

I would beg to differ on your latter point,
All views need to be heard and challenged, if only that the deniers might have better argument .....then so be it. I won't know it if it is not heard.
Arguments stand or fall through rigorous debate and challenge. And however much any of us think their argument is right that can only have any validity if is is constantly tested in open debate.
Whether folk are willing to take on board what comes from rational argument is another matter - but that can never be a reason for not engaging in that argument. | | | |
