What do you drink of an evening? 11:34 - Oct 8 with 3388 views

Specifically non alcoholic. I try to avoid caffeine later on in the day, and when I'm not boozing I find it leaves me with little choice other than perhaps water or squash, which get a bit boring. Any suggestions?

I do have water after dinner, but have to have a diet red bull most nights as I feel so tired and have things to do and exercise a couple of nights. After that, I will have a weak cup of tea or a decaff coffee.

I tend have nowt but water and chamomile tea from lat afternoon onwards as I am crap at sleeping. So far it has not helped one iota.

Have you tried 0 caffeine for a couple of weeks, I think some people can’t process caffeine so it just builds up in your system. I managed it and sleep improved no end - I’ve relapsed now though, can’t resist a coffee in the morning. Sleep less good now.
