6 league games in 18 days coming up......7 proper games in 21 days with the FA Cup game being one we presumably won't send the kids out for |  |

It's utterly crazy and all the worse given our injury situation. More or less the same for everyone, schedule-wise anyway, at least but we will lose a couple of these games and PL should also be forgiven rotating as long as it's within the structure that has served us well so far. Without dismissing what has happened so far, in my opinion this is where the season really starts and we can gauge exactly where we are and how we are going to progress.
....and more importantly how Shambert deals with a quick succession of games against quality (albeit 3rd Division quality) teams. |  |

It's a good thing for me, while we're in form and confidence is high. Fitness shouldn't be an issue, given the depth we have. The next 6 are big, lets tick them off and get the points in the bag I say.
I also think it has to only be a matter of time before Covid starts to impact fixtures. We've seen it in Rugby already, but with cases rising I don't think it's going to be too long before some clubs become impacted more than they have been. |  |

Whilst Lincoln are second, like us they have mostly played cr@p teams so far. In fact the only top half team they have played is Bristol Rovers and they lost to them. I'd hope we could do the same.
Same with Donny, only they lost to Wigan.
Even Sunderland have limped to draws with Brizzle and Charlton, though they did get a narrow win over posh.

Yeah, absolutely, it is too early to judge, but they have all played similar teams to us and fared worse. If that form continues then we ought to be picking up a decent haul of points against them, and if we don't then I'd be concerned. | |
