Because we have Bishop who is an option at number ten and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s lining up someone else - perhaps Nick Powell who’s contract is up at Stoke. He does not want to trigger Judge’s extension clause. | |

What is the point of playing the last three games with this lot? Send the loanees back. Tell those being released to stay away and play the youths. I know what he said about them but just throw them in. Give them a free hit.

Why do people keep dragging this idea up? It has been covered many times - the club do not want to trigger an extension nor be responsible for a player possibly injuring himself while playing for them when he is definitely out of the door at season/contract end. |  | | |
