Hurst’s only two positive achievements here were: 1) Highlighting the underlying culture issues at the club which have choked the club virtually to death over the last few years. 2) Being unbeaten in East Anglian derbies. He showed perception in addressing point 1, but deserves no credit given that he compounded the problem through poor man-management and poor decision making. |  | |  |
