They don't care that we know they lie anymore. As a leftie I obviously know the Conservatives aren't to be trusted, ever, but how are Conservative voters themselves not bothered about being cucked every day by the guys they support, and quite often give their presumably hard earned money to?

I think you’re right that politicians of all colours tend to be disingenuous and use spin. Certainly in my lifetime, I haven’t seen many politicians or parties deviate from that much.
But I think there’s a new low from the current government. They seem to put bare-faced lying front and centre because they’re populists without any defining values or ideology. And they’re appealing to people without defined values or ideologies. |  |
