Man Utd youngsters train with ITFC on 08:20 - Apr 6 by FrimleyBlue | If you don't want to discuss it, ignore it, stop constantly trying to play the poster not the post. |
Do you understand what rumours are, gossip, muck-spreading? Do you understand how constantly speculating on things; literally making things up in order to create speculation, are misleading and can cause problems in real-life situations for real people? Like slander, do you understand what slander is and how damaging it can be? Do you understand the difference between these things and regular, healthy discussion?

Man Utd youngsters train with ITFC on 12:02 - Apr 6 by DJR | I think there is more than opinions being challenged here. It is clear there is a dislike of one of the posters, which as he says results in people playing the poster rather than the post. I might add that I have seen the same behaviour on other threads involving this poster. [Post edited 6 Apr 2022 12:04]

"I have seen the same behaviour on other threads involving this poster." Why do you think that might be? Do you think you are in full possession of the reasons and that people are targeting this poster for the sake of it or do you not wonder if there's been a long-term issue here resulting in this behaviour? That's not to say pile-ons don't happen wrongly because they do.

Man Utd youngsters train with ITFC on 07:46 - Apr 6 by hype313 | It's painful isn't it. Constantly looking for a stick to bash the club with. Fact of the matter is, cream always rises to the top, if they are good enough then they will get a chance, it's like there's a conspiracy to block any youngsters coming through by the management. |
"Fact of the matter is, cream always rises to the top, if they are good enough then they will get a chance, " Although this is a well known saying, I think we all know that it is flawed. We can all quote situations where the best person has been overlooked for whatever reason. The politics within a football club are the same minefield as for any other workplace, I suspect.
Man Utd youngsters train with ITFC on 14:02 - Apr 6 with 1007 views | rickw | I can only see this as a positive for all involved. The Man Utd players get to see what real football life is We get to see first hand a couple of Man Utd's most promising youngsters - I imagine to decide if we'd want to loan them next season. If they are better than our youngsters of the same age, then they get to see where the level is and to hopefully encourage them to push harder

Frimakin gets challenged and mocked a lot because an awful lot of what he posts is unmitigated drivel. Hope that helps.

If the question was out of line then Phil/Gav would have removed it. I think it's a fair enough question to ask, if you don't want to answer it, move onto something you do want to discuss, The fact many struggle with that task, says more about them than it does me tbh.

Well, given Stuart Watson then followed up his tweet by stating 4 youngsters are currently or have been training with the first team, it makes you original question pointless. That's why people have taken umbrage with your stance, in it's constant need to find negatives, or looking for things that don't exist.

Not really, we don't know what the plan is for some of the players, for all we know we could be loaning Savage and releasing Humphreys for example in the summer. Possibly not, we'll find out at some point in the future what went on im sure.

Man Utd youngsters train with ITFC on 07:43 - Apr 6 by GlasgowBlue | Stop constantly looking for a negative. |
I don't feel it is fair to jump on this poster for this, Dyer expressed concerns that his players were not getting opportunities and left the club. McKenna will have worked with these at Manure, and should they come here either on loan or signed that's another wall in the way of the players Dyer and this poster are referring to. That is a statement of fact rather than being negative. I personally think youth teams and systems are totally irrelevant in 2022 and some supporters are stuck in 2005 when they think a team of mostly youth players will be the answer, it's a great fairytale, but if you look at any top club very few of their best players ever came through their own youth system. If you look at London clubs, they run their youth systems like a business, taking tons of young players on, milking their wealthy parents, and then leaving them with no pathway to the team and most end up in lower leagues or out of the game. For me, I am more concerned that we seem to be making a similar mistake that we made with Cook, in that everyone we seem to be recruiting has a Manure connection, the manager, his assistant, the head of recruitment, and now these two lads if they are coming in. The biggest failing Cook had was over-reliance on players and coaches he knew personally, rather than recruiting the best people for the job outside of what he knew. The Manure situation is dire, they are a club with a lot of problems, and although on paper recruiting from them is good given they are a giant in the game, the reality is that they are a mess these days and the question I would ask is are these players/staff genuinely the best available or are they getting appointments here (or signed) based on McKenna's relationship with them? We don't need to inherit the issues at Manure here, if they are genuinely the best, fair play, but we should cast our net as wide as possible when recruiting anyone.

I like to discuss the potentials in situations. again personal preference, If you don't that's absolutely fine, just ignore the post. The interesting thing again is i'm not the OP, I made 1 post in reply to the op, but instead of people ignoring it who didn't wish to discuss the actual post itself, it's the same board police taking the thread across pages directing their hatred of the poster and their content instead

Lord knows we've probably all replied to a thread without reading the article it was linked to in our time (hands up myself) - but the fact that you've actually continued arguing here from the flawed viewpoint of not reading it, despite what everyone else has been telling you (or trying to), speaks volumes.
