I wasn’t eligible for furlough. I’m not sure whether that was good or bad. We had pay security, but the work around Covid on top of the expected day job really ramped up workloads and it was a sh*tty time. On the other side of the coin, I was very jealous of friends who got paid for a prolonged holiday (even though you couldn’t go far) and at the time would have gladly swapped.
First world problems though - front line key workers had it much tougher. | |

The least they should have done with furlough is apply the Universal Credit more than 14k savings, no payment rule. It's only fair!
