Missed an open goal AND missed a penalty. Are the Sky assessors blind?!

To be fair he was way better than JJ and ladapo.

Nobody had a good game really. Everyone full of mistakes. Probably wolf would get MOTM from me

Had Jackson not made a crossfield run...we wouldn't have gone ahead....his work rate tonight was excellent.

Davis or Fridge for me, but it'd have been 0-0 without Jackson.

Clearly the correct decision, he was excellent.

Your eyesight however may be in question.

It's a game of opinions.

However the OP is clearly cherry picking. He made the first goal from the "miss" due to anticipation and pace and he was excellent throughout the match.

People miss penalties, it happens.

Hardly an open goal, was quite a tight angle and had the keeper and two defenders about to cover. He was at full speed trying to round. We wouldn't have won the game without him.

No excuses for the penalty but didn't matter.

Honestly, he was my MotM. Thought he was excellent today.

Thought Jackson had a brilliant game won the match with his run to nip in behind defence.
My man of match was morsy though.

I have no idea how Jackson is currently second lowest score on TWTD ratings ?

I’m afraid I know why.

Jackson has and always will be underrated.

Probably because he doesn't nail down a particular role.

He's a striker who is a poor finisher. He's a wing back who can't tackle. nHe's a winger who can't cross. But he has pace and he works his bloody socks off.

But what do i know? KM clearly sees something in him and that's all that matters.

Indeed. And let’s face it, if he also had 20 goals a season in him he wouldn’t be anywhere near us. He was very good at what he does for this level. Put in a great shift tonight. Still shouldn’t be allowed to take pens, but that needs to sit with McK.

I don't know what other people see. A bit like Nsiala when people were thinking he was good.

Jackson offers little other than his Pace.

Cannot finish most of the time. Yes the odd good game but today I thought him and JJ were not very good.

I must watch a different game if people think he was excellent

To Jackson's credit he put in a shift and played a part in the goal. I'm not denying that. Although none of our forwards really did much tonight.

I would probably give it to one of the defenders personally though - thought they all had a good game tonight and limited Derby to very little.

Both good, plus Woolfy is just a total Rolls Royce defender, just puts himself in exactly the right position at exactly the right time and makes it look so easy.

Jackson, Harness and Wolfy were our stand outs, for me. Jackson and Harness chased everything. And Wolf was his usual Rolls Royce self...

He's not a wing back though and hasn't been used as such. His crossing has been more than fine, and is rarely played as a striker. I don't get why he's being singled out so often.

He's been used as a wing back twice this season. The first time was against Burton.

His crossing seems to go against the way we play. All of our other players get to the by line and cross to the penalty spot, where there is usually a Harness or Chaplin waiting. KJ tends to get to the by line and then play a cross along the goal line, which ends up going either straight through to the other flank or in the keeper's arms.

He played three seasons as a striker. One season in the Championship and two alongside Norwood in League One. After a year in the wilderness he hasn't nailed down a specific role. KM has played him as a lone striker this season. Against Accrington if memory serves? I was behind the goal for that game and remember him being the striker.
