This will be about the 9th championship game I’ve watched this season and I’ve not seen one team play anywhere near as good as football as Town. Sure the opposite might often not be as strong (I suppose) but in terms of quality of play, I am being dead serious. |
The closest was Sunderland’s last league game where they played really well at Preston. However, I’ve seen a similar number of Championship games and I’ve not been impressed. I don’t think there’s much for us to fear.

It’s easy to look better when playing Burton FGR etc even a team like Pboro are miles away from teams like these two. |  |

Do those fine margins explain why Coventry aren't able to complete a simple 10 yard pass or why Luton's primary attacking tactic is to launch it into the box from anywhere and see what happens? The quality is poor. Games can be attritional whilst still having a degree of quality on show, our 0-0 against Burnley springs to mind. |  |

Luton seems to be the Championship equivalent (albeit more effective) of Lincoln or Wycombe in L1. Their rise up the EFL may be a fairytale for some, but their football is dreadful. If they do go up they'd need an entirely new team or they will probably end Derby's record for lowest ever points in the Prem. | | | |
