yes the same one. I am with her on this as well becuase I didn't think VAR could give review an incident that would lead to a yellow card (apart from over turning a decision).
There was a foul on the Haiti player and that should have been that with the decision, unless they deemed the subsequent challenge (the pen that wasn't given) worthy of a dangerous tackle and therefore a red card.
