Kieran previously went to Austria when at United. Managers often find somewhere they like to go to in pre-season and stick to it. George and Joe liked to go to Scandinavia, Mick to Ireland, Paul Lambert to Germany.

The under 21's went to Northern Ireland, where our new Academy Manager (who came from Norwich) used to take their youth sides every summer.
