Apparently Mckenna encourages our players to injure people . I've hear many things but never that,

Bundu, who’s an enormous bloke, went down at the hint of a breeze. Didn’t even need a touch. Must have stability issues.

Feigning injury as well.

I do have a soft spot for Argyle, but even their most ardent optimist fans must acknowledge that the Championship is as high as their club will ever get to and they will come what may drop down the leagues again only to try to get back to the Championship again in ten years time.

We on the other hand reached our depths over the last couple years and are now returning to our natural position.

Good luck to them this season, they'll survive easily but next season or the one after that they'll be back down to their natural position.

Sorry any Pasoti readers, but that is just the way it is.

Blimey this is a cracker of a post in reply to an Ipswich fan:

"Haha 🤣 you obviously like watching a side under instructions to injure the opposition... whatever floats your boat.
Going down at the slightest touch 🤣 you mean like that choirboy Williamson throwing himself on the floor in the first half with literally nobody near him before getting really p1ssy at getting booked for injuring Bundu with a snide tackle.
No game refereed that one-sidedly is a good game unless you win... it's not even sport..
As for Morsy...never forgiven for trying to end Adam Randle's career.
Same today with Luongo attempting to injure Whitaker....red all day long but typical of what we expect from Ipswich under McKenna. Sh1tkicking thuggery."

I like checking the oppo forum before and after a game to better understand how they play and how our own performances compare to others they've played, but there's no insight to gain when the average poster sees our match like that. Admittedly I've posted the most batsh!t comment around but it's majority opinion - they would faint if they ever paid attention to the physicality in the Prem.

They are fuming!

Yet completely okay with all their own sh1thousing apparently - timewasting by the keeper, check, feigning injuries, check, diving, check. They can play a bit so it was disappointing to see them resorting to the dark arts.

As an aside I thought there was a good hostility at PR today which probably did make things uncomfortable for them and the ref. What I saw, and the stats affirm is the better team won, despite all their imagined gripes.

Jesus, what a crazy viewpoint. I can't believe it's a majority opinion but if so it's a classic case of mass delusion, brought on by multiplying a hundred fold the smallest incidents to confirm bias based on literally only two (isolated) things over the last couple of years. They should get a life. And some football knowledge. Pathetic.

"... a side under instructions to injure the opposition."

Get over yourself you twit! Your players rolling around like they've been shot doesn't mean they've been targeted. It generally means they're embarrassing cheats.

Can someone tell me which Argyle players have been injured by Town players?

I’m struggling to understand why they are getting so excited. Great season last year, got a good team this year that’ll finish well clear of relegation. They’ve done well. Best team in Devon and Cornwall, they can get all chippy and smug lording it over their rivals Torquay and Exeter. They’ve a good manager and some excellent players. What more do they want?

Do they want any other clubs, including ourselves to care or be the slightest interested; to think them relevant? If so they’re going to be disappointed.

They were weird last season, still weird this season.

Best to just ignore them. Clearly they have some complex that we are better than them

The more I read of what they've said, the more ridiculous they become. You'd think they'd bother to do some basic research before posting nonsense that shows them up as fools.

Are there any comments regarding their "One nil to the champions" chant?

Didn't age well.

Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

Get a load of this one as well...

'I find it hard to congratulate a team who are determined to deliberately injure fellow pros'

Bunch of wetties

They complain a lot, yet in the 2nd half Mumba absolutely clattered Williams after he'd knocked the ball past him and turned on the afterburners!!

Think it would be best not to read other teams forums. We are currently the second best team in the Championship by 9 points from the third team. That is astonishing. I am not in anyway surprised that of the teams promoted from Division One that we are in a better position than the other two. If it was possible to read my comments from last season I said that we would be the best. I still feel where we need strengthening is central defence and probably another forward. Whether the Utd fella will when he comes in, probably/maybe against Fulham will strengthen that area I don't know.

It's telling that no other League One or Championship club has made similar comments against us. Our physicality is only noted in complimentary fashion, if at all. Schumacher and McKenna arrived within a week of each other; Plymouth's red card count since is 5 and ours is 3 (no red card for Morsy in his 99 games).

I can understand their feelings after Home Park. Morsy, Evans and Mumba should all have been sent off for nasty tackles. It sticks out in my mind though because we were dirty that day and I can't think of another time we have been. Today was normal and the two tastiest tackles were probably theirs. Edmundson wins the ball for his yellow but then upends the lad with his trailing leg. He couldn't believe it was given as a foul. I didn't see what caused the arguments after the whistle mind, but cameras will have picked it up in the event there's anything to scrutinise.

There was a tackle by the touchline. Can't remember who our player was who tackled theirs but he got the ball but their player done the usual rolling around which set Shumacker off who had a go at Morsy.

We obviously don’t go out to deliberately injure players, but we don’t chicken out of a tackle either. I was wondering why they’re so low in the table when they play decent stuff, and maybe losing their physical battles is part of it. They seemed a bit lightweight yesterday. But who knows; I don’t watch enough of them to know or care.

If we are the dirtiest side they have faced so far then the other teams in this league have got to be absolute angels!

One positive I think League One has done to us is make us more streetwise and physical. Would be surprised if Plymouth haven't learned the same lessons, but they did seem pretty lightweight yesterday.

I watched this back a few times on the full match replay. It was Morsy and (pretty sure) Edwards. Morsy won the ball clean as a whistle and Edwards scissor tackled him, wrapped both legs around morsy’s left ankle. Morsy turned, leaned down and said something. Morsy may have trodden on Edwards’ foot, which was still wrapped around his ankle. Edwards rolled around clutching his face as if Morsy had raked it with his fingernails or something.

Question is are they weirder than Bristol City ?

I think overall Brizzle take it because of the number of odd stalkers we've had from them over the last few years.

This weekend Argyle are just venting their frustration like most fans do afte.r a tricky defeat, and one when they believe, even if its wrong, that a ref decision cost them.

I don't doubt that there were be similar emotional nonsense on here if it had all gone the other way.

Don't boil a kettle on a boat.
