Have been informed by a relative who works on the analysis team at Sampdoria that we have been looking at striker Manuel De Luca and talks are now at an advanced stage. He has a year and a half left on his contract but expect him to be able to leave for just under £1m.
At 6"4, he looks to be a good replacement/cover for George Hirst. Goalscoring record isn't anything to shout about but his work rate and hold up play is superb!

As a foreign player needs to be min £15k a week as those are da rules for the work permit to stand. Which is probably why we don't scout Europe yet. Even worse in prem min wage £30k per week for work permit to stand. I think from memory. The work permit is the problem. |  |
