Completely nonplussed by the penalty miss. A lot of players coming from League 2 and missing a vital penalty in a promotion chasing game would gone into their shell.

Sky issuing an apology brings to mind the obscenity case brought against a Nottingham record shop manager for displaying the Sex Pistols album, for which he was cleared.

I think that is part of what makes him so exciting and dangerous though. Causes chaos and confusion for defenders. He actually reminds me a bit of Kuqi who I think went through his whole career being pretty raw and off the cuff. [Post edited 6 Mar 9:40]

He is raw and his touch is variable, but I'd say he's already a real handful for centre backs when he's receiving the ball as a target man. He doesn't necessarily get the lay offs right all the time (who does?) but he looks incredibly hard to nudge out of the way for a clearance - more so perhaps even than Moore, certainly last night anyway. | |

Might be for another thread but I was actually thinking this morning about what players from the Banter era (or maybe a touch before) would suit our system. Kuqi was one, I think Mings would be great as well given his flexibility. |  |
