You can't mitigate as the President for only being able to be able to work 3-4 hours a day. It isn't the UK, all the power is held by the executive and the position - if he's not capable of it, just appointing a good team around yourself isn't enough, and certainly wouldn't be enough in 3-4 years time when he'll be even worse. | |
