Better luck next time .... best bet is to log on 5 mins before, and from 9.58am keep pressing the "refresh" button, then if you are not fussed, choose "best available seat" | | | |

Yeah I was never in a queue and I logged on yesterday and stayed logged in so didn't have to do the jigsaw puzzle thing this morning. Just kept refreshing my browser from 9.59 onwards.
Didn't see a best available option which would be better than keep selecting seats that somebody else had already bagged. | |

Shouldn't be a closed shop. Not fair on people like me who have been at games like us losing 5-2 to Lincoln etc but only go to a couple of away games each year.

Had two in my basket and then the payment screen froze. I e-mailed a screenshot to the club, then followed up with a phone call by which time, my basket auto-emptied.
I asked if they kept any back for contingency in case of issues but they don't. Then told me they had tickets aside for a ballot which they could not dip into for legal reasons.
To say I'm not happy is an understatement. Missing out on a sold out game itself is one thing, but when the tickets are in your basket and then you don't get them through a system error is another matter. |  | | |

that's your choice though. Just because you saw a bad defeat in league 1 doesn't mean you should qualify for tickets if you don't go regularly.
How do the club quantify that?
I get it's frustrating but if you only go to a couple of away games a year then there's not too much to grumble about. I haven't been able to go to away games close to me had to go to Preston and Middlesborough to get to some away games last year. |  | | |
