Fine there will be enough tickets for anyone on 30+ but, after two years of high demand, it really should be possible to organise this better with more notice and not one big rush at 10am today. |  |

Not sure how it all works, but I’d guess the away team send down a load of blank tickets, and we then print them to send out.
As you say, highly unlikely they got them yesterday and needed to rush into it. Could have been planned a little better |  |

It took the club 7 months to work out not putting home tickets and away tickets on sale at the same time. |  |

Naa away club send them fully printed and ready to go.
Not sure why they have to rush it and only give one days notice, can see why people miss them, they may have received the tickets yesterday yes but could still wait a few days and just put them on sale the following Monday but release the info so people have time to see it. | |

Yeah it’s a bit of a mess innit maybe a sign of Premier League demand and the club still catching up?
That said I remember ringing under Evans and about three times in the trot getting someone who spoke like they had no idea what tickets were, or how they worked. Every time since the new era has been a world apart from that - can’t fault them for that bit. |  |

Yeah, my basket was emptied and I had to start again. There was definitely something amiss on the ticket site today. Kept going into "dwell" as my old boss used to say when it seemed the "compooter weren't doing nuffink." |  | | |
