So, season tickets up 10% on 13:17 - Apr 24 by textbackup | The years of service they have put into following us. It’s a reward. It’s respect. I’m not anywhere near the 65 bracket yet, but if the club were to ditch it in the coming years that would put me off going. |

Incidentally the figure you quoted for state pension was the new state pension. Older pensioners will be on the basic state pension which is around £2,000p.a. Less, although those with no other source of income can close the gap with Pension Credit. |
I'm not an expert on pensions, but since my dad's passing my mum's state pension is shooting up to almost double. She'll be on around £1200 a month, which is more than enough to live on when you no longer have a mortgage.

So, season tickets up 10% on 16:18 - Apr 24 by itfcjoe | For my wife and 2 boys, their STs work out at less than £22.50 a game combined. You can't do anything for that sort of money these days with the kids |
That's how I see it. What they used to be is irrelevant, I still think an afternoon (or night) at PR is great value for ST holders at £18 a game for mine. Obviously depends on where one gets their enjoyment, but my wife paid about £45 in Oxfordshire the other week to take my 2 on a trampoline thing. £45 for the 3 of them, she obviously didn't even want to do it but had to pay for an adult to make sure they're safe. I paid over £100 for 2 x Fabio Wardley tickets and I don't even really like Boxing.

So, season tickets up 10% on 12:26 - Apr 24 by Dubtractor | Feels a bit of a steep increase tbh. How do our prices compare with other championship teams? I'll renew anyway, but might tut a bit as I make the payment. |
It’s a tad expensive in some areas compared to over here. Swansea is a flat rate anywhere of £411 for an adult, except for the family stand which is £300 if you also have at least one U14 ticket (£50 each). It depends where you sit for us as we over-complicate it. Nowhere is that far from the pitch, so £655 for best West Stand seats seems a bit steep compared to £411 here. Both ends at £409 are competitive though. Adult/Child combo is well over £100 more than the Swans. I think Swansea are normally one of the cheaper ones, so I bet we’re not too bad overall. (I’ve just checked Bristol and they’re £400 to £720!, so we’re in that range).
