Favourite game this season? 14:40 - May 26 with 1573 views | TractorFrog | Here would be mine: 3. Wolves (A). A last minute winner against (at the time) a relegation rival. I was in the home end but there was something quite fun about closing my eyes and enjoying the limbs in silence. Also six members of the league one team started, and Chaplin and Burns were excellent. 2. Chelsea (H). Most comfortable victory this season, and against one of the very best teams. Liam Delap put in a truly world-class performance, single-handedly running through the Chelsea defence again and again, and it seemed the most like a sign of progress as we were using a slightly different system to usual. Six members of the league one team started again with Broadhead and Walton particularly impressive. And this time I was sat in the right end, and the limbs for Omari Hutchinson's goal were as good as I can ever remember. The entire row behind me were lying on the ground. 1. Liverpool (H). Defeated by, as it turned out, the best team in the league. But until half-time we really gave them a game and were the better team. It looked like the Ipswich of old with all the promotion players and the passion of last season. Only in the second half did Liverpool step up a gear and become unbeatable. Being back in the Premier League, playing against the best players in the world, still felt exciting and special, and a continuation of last season. Honourable mention to Brentford (A), giving it everything despite all the injuries and losing a really exciting game.
| They'd all laugh at me if they knew what I was trying to do. To create a new strain of super-wine in half-an-hour with a fraction of nature's resources and a FOOL for an assistant. 'Bernard Black, he's mad,' they'd say, 'he's insane, he's dangerous.' Well I'll show them! I'll show them all! | Poll: | Who should start in CM with Cajuste? |

Favourite game this season? on 15:33 - May 26 with 1387 views | TheBoyBlue | Enjoyed Man Utd at home, proper contest against a big team, Amorim's first and so there was a sense of occasion to it all and we put in a good performance and but for Onana we could've won.

Favourite game this season? on 15:44 - May 26 with 1355 views | burnbudgiesburn | Man U and Chelsea home games were my favourites. Regardless of how off the pace they were, to take on and compete with two teams with 5 champions cups between them just 2 seasons after playing Forest Green Rovers was a fantastic feeling. Also, whilst its hard to enjoy getting your arse handed to you every other week i've enjoyed seeing Town back on the big stage

Favourite game this season? on 18:38 - May 26 with 1135 views | _clive_baker_ | It’s slim pickings, but probably Spurs away for me. Getting that first win was a monkey off our backs and a great day out. It also took us out of the bottom 3 as we approached the 1/3 point of the season, and off the back of a really good performance where we were robbed against Leicester there was plenty of cause for optimism. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Man Utd at home for me too - we obviously should have won but that was a very good day.

Favourite game this season? on 19:59 - May 26 with 1024 views | Blueastheycome | I watched the Man City away game on a fire stick (shoot me) and for the first 5 mins of the game it was just looked totally bizarre to see Ipswich playing Man City at the Etihad in a premier league match, it didn’t almost look real. And then we scored too and it completed that feeling.
Favourite game this season? on 21:36 - May 26 with 932 views | ITFC_Forever | Tottenham (a) Chelsea (h) After that I don’t know. Possibly Villa (h), as we looked decent against a Champions League opponent and that we would have a good chance of achieving our goal this season. Didn’t turn out that way.

Favourite game this season? on 23:05 - May 26 with 862 views | Re_User | Gave away my tickets for Spurs, Wolves and Bournemouth to family, so didn’t see a win all season. Top moment for me though was the Smodizcs goal away to Man City, I don’t think I’ve ever been in an away end that wild, including a number the last couple of season. Didn’t pan out very well, but in that moment was just unbridled sheer elation.
Favourite game this season? on 09:12 - May 27 with 619 views | Blue_In_Boston | The 2-2 draw with Villa at home. It was a game we created chances and at the time of the season where I genuinely believed we had a chance of competing and staying up.

Favourite game this season? on 08:59 - May 28 with 222 views | Radlett_blue | Has to be Spurs (away). My daughter's Spurs supporting fiancee got us premium tickets including free food & booze (I was due a birthday treat). Laura (a former Ipswich mascot) wore a half & half scarf, sensibly hedging her bets (she does work in financial services) & Town won 2-1. Fortunately my future son in law wasn't too grumpy afterwards so I bought him a beer.
