Yeah get that and agree, I’m a stickler for making sure rubbish is in the bin or taken away but can appreciate it’s not always possible with larger items (eg box with 20 empty beer cans in) the bins in Ipswich were all overflowing and rubbish had been nearly stacked on most of them.
Council are quick enough to whip some big bins out when the people in the caravans arrive at a park but didn’t seem to bother that weekend. |  |

Sadly before the police mentioned that I already saw the far right whipping up hate on social media saying they know for a fact that it was carried out by an immigrant and calling for their comrades to 'secure our streets'
The police had no choice but to say it because otherwise the usual likes would be use it to incite hate and aggression on the streets to further their 'cause' as we have seen before. Sad we are in that place, but we are.

Eyewitness claims the vehicle was sounding its horn which suggests the driver's intention wasn't to cause maximum injury. Is it possible there was a malfunction with the vehicle? I haven't seen the video and don't want to.
