I will back the team and be annoyingly loud from my seat where I witnessed the Paul Lambert decline.
BUT every player has to do their bit and give 200% and not make excuses about confidence or hangovers from last season.

It's not the results, it's the performances. Clearly second best to Birmingham followed by being taken all the way by Bromley. Hardly a great marker after the amount of investment in this squad. | |

i get your point but confidence was low from week 1 of a season? not sure i buy that.
I think as long as its not too mean fans should be rightly disappointed loosing to a league 2 side tonight.
Passive fans that will go "look 3 years ago we were only in league 1 and now look at us" It doesn't really show much hunger/passion.
its very important we have some success this year or we will lose probably the chairman, the manager, any good players and be back to the town from 2002-2021 again so there should be some noise about poor performances like we have seen.
The manager doesnt seem to get mad, its his style, it works so i guess the pressure has to come from elsewhere. [Post edited 12 Aug 22:51]

Compared to the toxic atmospheres at Leicester and Southampton, our support was superb and largely unwavering last season. Even during the second half where our performances and results further deteriorated.
At this point though the players (and management) need to step up. We have an incredibly expensive and well paid squad, they shouldn’t be playing at the poor levels they’ve turned out so far. They’ve been together a while and still play like strangers, they get bullied, and look devoid of confidence. All that is on the management team, not the fans. | | | |

The beginning was getting out of league 1
the middle was getting to the prem, we kinda did it too soon, so we're having to try again
the end will be when the owners sell up. |  |
