Yes I picked up on that and was just scouring this place to see any comment on it. The slightly dead-inside one (rather than the one that's straight off the set of Harry Potter) claimed that he knew all about it. Is he bullsh*tting?
The Harry Potter one seemed 100% shocked, and nobody on here has even retrospectively claimed to be ITK. Surely if Naaridge 'superfans' had heard whispers, then someone one here, whether a vain look-at-me youtuber, or a more cerebral type, surely would have heard something?
I think the weasel is bullsh*tting, myself.
What this underlines (once we've all finished laughing) is that: (1) there are many attempts at deals that we don't hear about; (2) it's therefore illogical to criticise the club for not trying to recruit players when we simply don't know (although it's fair to criticise the /output/ of those attempts in certain cases); and (3) there may well be no rhyme or reason to which possible transfers leak out into the public domain and which ones don't.
Even those who rationally understand that what we see on the internet is not the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth may subconsciously forget that sometimes!

Always makes me laugh, this cross-border comparison. Ipswich is a little down at heel compared to Norwich in terms of shopping/nightlife etc, but that assumes the players will live in the town itself, which most of them don't.
We have Woodbridge, Aldeburgh, Snape, Orford, Southwold, Constable country, Lavenham, Framlingham etc. As well as Norwich they have Yarmouth, Caister, Diss and the fens. I've been to them all, and I know why the budgies try and make it a strict Ipswich v Norwich debate rather than look at the two counties as a whole.
