you can't tell the *value* of a player 1/5 of the way into their contract, that's why just about everyone else has chosen players whose career at ipswich is over!

yes nearly ever game player of the match too, which you can take as him being "that good", or that the rest werent very good at the time. He'd have been slaughtered by the "fans" in the social media age for sure though.

Yeah, he definitely wasn't a Mick player so he was phased out fairly quickly when he arrived. Still scored some big goals mind you.

No. Reo-Joker had activated a release clause in his Bolton contract after relegation in 2012 but unfortunately no-one wanted him & he ended up at Town, signing a short term contract in October. I doubt this was too generous & even though we offered to extend his contract in January 2014, he turned that down as well, eventually signing for Vancouver Whitecaps. He then spent a couple of years knocking around MLS. |  |

Still find it odd as he's one of ROI's best players and ahead of McAteer in the pecking order. Fitness seems ok given he played the 90 for Sheffield United and set up their goal with a huge turn of acceleration.
I still really don't understand McAteer for £12 mil o er already having Ogbene in the building.
