He went back to giving it away too much from his blind side, whilst not being progressive enough.

Absolutely correct. Taylor was good. Energy, drive, tenacious, didn't give it away. MoM for me too.

Taylor was excellent. I hope we can learn from this that we don’t need the XI biggest names or best players to look like a side. Luongo wasn’t sexy either but he knew the role and did it brilliantly which allowed others to shine. We’ve not had it this season, let Philogene, Clarke & others do the silky stuff, we’ve got enough of that. Taylor gave us some real stability and work rate in the middle today. Keep him in there I say.

Taylor for me as well, didn't really put a foot wrong. Some good work defensively, got forward well to support the attack, good use of the ball, and clever with his positional play dropping into Davis' position when Davis was high up or central. Really good display from him, showed he's got something to offer for us at this level this season.

Things happen when Davis gets going. That only happens when whoever is the 8 fills in. Luongo did it so well and much that I love Cajuste, that part of the plan doesn't function so well. Get Davis working and the right hand hand side starts opening up when they start trying to cover his runs.

Taylor clearly understands the bigger picture.

Jack Clarke, one of the few players who knows where the net is, such a shame his unselfishness didn't pay off too.

Agreed. I've given Taylor some stick over the time he has been here, but he was excellent today.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

Did Taylor do something I missed ?

He was fine but nowhere near a MOTM performance. Clarke and Nunez changed the game one of them deserved it.

Yes he did. In the past 18 months that was the most luongo type performance we haven't seen from anyone other than luongo.

He was everywhere. I'd love to see his heat map.

He helped davis and philogene. He was dropping deep and picking the ball up by the cbs. He was everywhere.

It's funny how people see games differently. I thought that was probably his worse performance for us.

After Tuesday's horror show in defence I thought Kipre came back & was very solid, man of the match for me.

Taylor was my group's MOM too. Games only really open up when the subs get on that have talent but everyone needs to remember the 75 minutes that went before.

Taylor definitely MOTM, like a new player after being "frozen" out of the starting XI for long. Clearly wants to stake his place and deserves to keep his place for the next match as well

Interesting. I don't think for a minute he was bad and nobody can fault JTs effort or work rate. Im far more comfortable with him off the ball than Jens or Nunez

He still struggles a lot on the half turn I think and his passing was too sloppy for me in the first half in deep positions.
