| Azor Matusiwa. on 22:22 - Nov 25 with 1071 views | Hugoagogo_Reborn | He just makes a bloody nuisance of himself, doesn't he? He certainly isn't graceful like Cajuste, but he does that niggly stuff so, so well, whilst looking like Bambi on ice. My favourite player so far this season. | |

| Azor Matusiwa. on 22:18 - Nov 25 by NthQldITFC | We look really solid now, don't we. One thing noticeable is that Greaves seems to be playing more calmly and getting his positioning right. He's still making a lot of good long-legged interceptions (and the headers of course) but he's not getting caught wrong side, trying too hard to intercept, in the last couple of games he's played. He had a really good game tonight, a little under the radar. |
He looked quite good tonight, perhaps the competition with Kipre spurring him on although that hospital pass he gave Azor on the edge of our own box could have been costly.

| Azor Matusiwa. on 22:28 - Nov 25 with 1028 views | itfcsuth | What a player he really is, one of the real good additions in market we’ve made. You can critique when poor, but must also really appreciate the good, in the transfer market he’s been an absolute hit. Just the perfect Morsy profile replacement - good age, similar profile, similar transition, long term solution and still real development in him. £8m, steal, that has been absolutely brilliant business from the club. | | | |

I mean turning it over in our favour. Defensive turnovers.

| Azor Matusiwa. on 22:13 - Nov 25 by Vic | As a player I think he’s as good as last seasons Sami. But his influence on the team as a whole isn’t anywhere near that of Sami’s. He was just a tour-de-force, a colossus is driving the teams standards. |
I think that Jaden Philogene has experienced Matusiwa's willingness to drive the team's standards. Maybe Azor needs to think about how he communicates the high expectations he has of everyone in the team, but he certainly sets a good example in his own play.
| Azor Matusiwa. on 09:07 - Nov 26 with 779 views | TractorJack | I think there's still more to come from him on the ball as well. It took Morsy a bit of time to develop that and there's been moments where he's shown the ability to find space and drive forward so he's definitely capable. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Are there any Paul Mariner's lurking in a lower division. God how we miss that fella. I know it's been a long time ago that we were privileged to have his services but that guy had everything, speed, control, dribbling, heading and bringing other players into play.Abeley assisted of course by Whymark, Gates and Woods with Warky just behind them. Sadly I doubt we will ever see a team as great again as that one. I do however look forward to Egeli shifting to the centre at some stage. He could be a superstar, hopefully well grounded.

I know what you meant, but turning a ball over generally means losing possession to the other side, think it comes from NFL or basketball originally, just the opposite meaning to what you intended, look it up. Not meant to be gripey, just educational !!
| Azor Matusiwa. on 14:26 - Nov 26 with 582 views | vilanovablue | When he made a mistake on the edge of our box his recovery was superb, he's such a good player and could step up to the premiership in my eyes. | | | |

Nothing happens when you turn a ball over. It's the only thing where nothing happens when you turn it over. Does that help at all?

His best work though was after Trevor Whymark with Alan Brazil, don't forget the basketball-headed one.

Just imagine our midfield if it was indeed Azor and Hackney Doubt it will happen in Jan, but what other alternatives out there are there..

Hackney would be great but Louza would also work and likely cheaper. SB
| Azor Matusiwa. on 10:35 - Nov 27 with 97 views | BouncebackIpswich | Think Azors got to be our best player surely? Leif and possibly Dara might have a say in that too but Azor stands out for me as the player we would suffer most from losing Which is amazing to have made that impact in a few months and even more so given who he replaced! | | | |
