| Kipre MOTM on 17:04 - Dec 20 with 2803 views | Zx1988 | My biggest worry is if Reims have a recall clause, and decide they want him back on January 1st, unless we want to pay through the nose for them not to. | |

Been so so good, €4.5 is a steal, I met a WBA fan who said he was class going fowards and better than O Shea and Greaves. He couldn’t believe he was a sub for us. Looks like he was right.

If someone has an obligation to buy there will be no recall clause. It’s a deal that’s already done as soon as promotion is confirmed. Terms are pre-agreed with the player. Completely agree with the original post though, make it permanent early and free up a loan spot, also protects us if we manage to mess up promotion.

| Kipre MOTM on 22:13 - Dec 29 with 1587 views | Herbivore | He was great again tonight. Defensively excellent and I love it when he defends aggressively and ends up winning the ball practically on the edge of their box. He's decent on the ball too. Beast. | |

He’s a monster. In recent games he has scared the hell out of his opponents. He would me too. I’d love to see him here permanently
| Kipre MOTM on 22:29 - Dec 29 with 1424 views | Nutkins_Return | Agree with he sentiment and he was good today. Thought Greaves was even better tonight and Oshea also rock solid. Furlong was absolutely immense and stood up to massive physical challenge tonight. Best i've seen of Furlong tonight. That's the benchmark for him now! Matusiwa was my MOTM. Absolute masterclass. Clarke also best game in a while. | |

Furlong was indeed immense, it plays to his strengths to have an opponent like MC, which isn’t always the case, hapence hpsime have criticised his performance going forward.

| Kipre MOTM on 08:21 - Dec 30 with 664 views | franz_tyson | Aren't we also obliged to buy the other 3 loanees if we get promoted? Think we are ... and Kippers would be the cheapest. Only 1 out of the 4 I'd keep, although cannot knock Azon's grafting. | | | |

I'm guessing Ha'pence HP Sime is some cheapskate called Simon, addicted to HP sauce on his chips? Anyway, like you say, Furlong is a great defender and balances us nicely. I think he's maybe been a bit over restricted in the less high profile games as we look to develop a really solid back line. In games like last night and particularly against Nodge where he got forward loads, he lets loose a bit and shows he's got the attacking side too.

Akpom, Cajuste, Kipre yes, Azon no I think (in terms of obligations) but I think total committed outlay on all three was in the €20m region so whilst not necessarily the players you’d want to buy for the Prem I don’t think it would make much of a dent in our budget (and you’d be able to move Akpom on you’d think fairly easily).

Very much enjoyed Furlong’s old school battle with EMC all game. Bit of sh1thousing from both of them which Furlong came out on top. Kept a very dangerous player quiet all night and boy did he wind up the home fans…different side of Darnell last night.
