These type of games can be harder than playing teams around us. They will play deep or the low block (the new term), they will be physical and present a danger from set pieces.
Tbh I would rather play a team who would come and have a go and leave space behind.

Maybe Greaves in place of .Leif might offer us a little bit extra height at set-pieces from an attacking point of view. Can see them playing deep, but we'd be likely to pump plenty of balls into their box ( oh matron).
I do sense the same level of confidence that we had after Coventry and Stoke.... yet we then came unstuck at Leicester. So.... I think we'll win and it could be an scruffy, edgy one-niller or a comfortable pipe and slippers job. But if we don't win ( which is very possible), we should be allowed to be disappointed. They're not Leicester away and we have to follow Coventry up properly. |  | | |

I wouldn't say I expect us to win, as football isn't that simple, but I will be surprised if we don't considering our home form over the season and the gap in quality between the 2 teams.
Yes, the Charlton game happened, but it was very much the exception for our home results. Last 10 home games - 7 wins, 2 draws, 1 defeat.
Fast start and ideally an early goal should set us up for a decent afternoon. |  |

Today is going to be a litmus test of how far Ipswich have progressed. You simply have to make a habit of putting the poorer teams in the league away week in, week out, if you want to be promoted.
Yes I am nervous. Up until now we've performed poorly in games against physical, defensive sides. No point doing the double over Cov if Oxford do the double over us.

Me and the boy watched the Oxford v Swans match after our match the other evening (that went down well with my better half lol). That was at Oxford and they were atrocious. I still can’t believe how we managed to lose to them last time out.
