There is an uprising taking place in Iran and it’s barely making the news over here. Over the past week the Iranian regime is gunning down people in the streets yet the beeb has devoted more time to discussing the sackings of the Man U and Chelsea managers or the drunken exploits of an England cricketer.

It has a way more red counties but the blue counties have a lot more people with Portland and the Willamette valley corridor.
Similar Illinois and many other states with a large metro but fairly sparse population outside of that. On the map it looks very Republican but it's got a clear Democratic majority because of population demographics.
